The Volvo Penta TAD530GE diesel engine is an inline 4-cylinder, 4.76-liter displacement, 4-stroke diesel generator set with mechanical speed regulation, turbocharging and air cooling. TAD530GE is a two-speed engine, with two speed modes of 50hz / 1500 rpm and 60hz / 1800 rpm, used for main and standby power generation.
