The Volvo Penta TAD731GE diesel engine is an inline 6-cylinder, 7.15-liter displacement, 4-stroke diesel generator set with mechanical speed regulation, turbocharging and air cooling. TAD731GE is a two-speed engine with two speed modes of 50hz / 1500 rpm and 60hz / 1800 rpm, used for main and standby power generation.
